Central School's Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meeting will be held next Wednesday, February 7 from 2:45-3:45 in the Parent Liaison Room 38. New and Old business and end-of-the-year items will be discussed. We are also seeking PTA members for the Nomination Committee for the 2024-25 school year. It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you of an upcoming change to our school. As you all know, Central is an amazing school with dedicated staff and parents working together to ensure we create students who are responsible, caring, and productive members of society. Yesterday, December 12th, I was approved by the Escondido Union School District Board of Education to be the L.R. Green Principal effective January 1, 2024. Please be assured that there will be a transition period as the district seeks a replacement and I will be here to ensure a seamless transition. The San Diego County Office of Education and Computers2Kids are hosting an event for families to purchase affordable refurbished computers.
