Happy Sunday,
Once again rain is in the forecast and that means students will get wet. We encourage students to stay warm and dry and not purposefully stand in the rain. We hope you will do the same.
This Tuesday is our next PTA restaurant fundraiser at The Habit. Make sure to show the flyer Grab yourself a delicious burger and don’t forget The Habit has some of the crunchiest onion rings in town. The fundraiser is all day. Thanks for the support.
It is time again to collect names for our PTA Board nominations. If you would like to run for one of the offices please contact Maria Mendoza to discuss this further. We will need a president (runs the meetings, sets the agenda), vice president (main job is membership), secretary (takes the notes at each meeting), treasurer (works with our budget), historian (keeps track of our hours) and parliamentarian (makes sure we are following the bylaws).
Friday ends Trimester II. Make sure you are speaking with your child about grades…we want them to succeed as much as you do!

Una vez más se pronostica lluvia y eso significa que los estudiantes se mojarán. Alentamos a los estudiantes a mantenerse abrigados y secos y a no permanecer bajo la lluvia a propósito. Esperamos que usted haga lo mismo.
Este martes es nuestra próxima recaudación de fondos para restaurantes de la PTA en The Habit. Asegúrate de mostrar el folleto. Compra una deliciosa hamburguesa y no olvides que The Habit tiene algunos de los aros de cebolla más crujientes de la ciudad. La recaudación de fondos dura todo el día. Gracias por el apoyo.
Es hora nuevamente de recopilar nombres para las nominaciones a la Junta de la PTA. Si desea postularse para una de las oficinas, comuníquese con María Mendoza para discutir esto más a fondo. Necesitaremos un presidente (dirige las reuniones, establece la agenda), un vicepresidente (la tarea principal es la membresía), un secretario (toma las notas en cada reunión), un tesorero (trabaja con nuestro presupuesto), un historiador (lleva un registro de nuestras horas). y parlamentario (se asegura de que cumplimos con los estatutos).
El viernes finaliza el Trimestre II. Asegúrese de hablar con su hijo sobre las calificaciones... ¡queremos que tenga tanto éxito como usted!
